A comprehensive project aiming to support VET students in Their Decision-Making Process for the Future
This project aims to a co-agency coaching & mentoring model through which students can have a central, active role in the learning process and the teachers and professionals are the facilitators of these processes.
Through the implementation of the intellectual outputs, both students and teachers will strengthen their key competencies, especially in literacy, digital, personal social and learning, civic, and entrepreneurship competencies by discovering their values, skills, competencies, beliefs, fears, etc
Self – evaluation system will be adopted for SCF model maintaining the active role of all participants.
PROJECT KEY OBJECTIVES
The main purpose of this module is to empower educators and school professionals to actively shape students’ academic and career paths.
SCF WILL lead the participants to:
- explore and recognize challenges such as early school leaving, skills mismatch, and NEET situations in European.
- delve into the theoretical foundations of co-agency coaching and mentoring.
